At this festive time of year, when you are thinking of excuses to escape the DIY and stuff yourself silly on chocolate eggs – why not lock yourself away with the latest issue of Irregular?

If you hadn’t noticed by the change to the website look – there’s a new issue out – Issue 4 / Spring ’10, and inspired by Giovanni Castro’s beautiful cover art, the swashbuckling theme has gone to our heads a little bit.

We’ve given the site an update to match the theme of our issue, so you can imagine the wind in your hair and the salt on the breeze from the warmth and comfort of your home without the need to hoist the mainsail or rescue the damsel in distress.

Cameron has reviewed his all time top 10 swashbuckling movies, Dave has written a Space Pirate NPC for Traveller players and Jason has decided you don’t have to be a pirate to meet the stereotype and written about Viking Raiders, plus we have lots of non-piratical content too.
